Andrew Cooper is Head of Programmes for Employee Wellbeing in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in NHS Wales. He is also Development Director for the Healthcare People Management Association’s ‘Avoiding Harm’ programme in the UK. He holds an honorary research role with the University of Plymouth and is leading a programme of research exploring the impact of the disciplinary process on individuals and organizations.

With a background in healthcare improvement and innovation, he has held senior communications roles across the private, public and voluntary sectors and is Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Public Relations for his contribution to healthcare communications.

Adrian Neal is Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Head of Employee Wellbeing at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in NHS Wales. Initially working in NHS adult mental health services, he specialised in employee wellbeing after completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Adrian has been involved in a number of collaborative projects across the UK public sector, including health, education, government, and the emergency services. He has published widely, holding honorary roles with Cardiff and Plymouth Universities and is an active long-term member of British Psychological Society’s Leadership and Management Faculty.
