  • Jonny Gifford, Principal Research Fellow at Institute for Employment Studies, asks: "Do no harm - a principle HR should embrace?” and looks at the avoidable damage in employee investigations and considers how they can be more humane. More

  • Julie Rogers, CEO of the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) blogs: “As a profession, we need to lead the change in how processes are managed and run to better look after those being taken through them.” More
